Used as an additive in compound feed containing more than 0.23% phytin-bound phosphorous for all species and categories of poultry with the purpose of degrading the phytate phosphorous and its subsequent digestion by the animals, as well as for improving the utilization of other nutrient substances such as proteins, calcium, microelements and amino acids.
